What is the Film Submission and Approval Process?

Created by Nids Esplana, Modified on Mon, 14 Apr at 12:29 PM by Nids Esplana

Step 1: Initial Submission

Log in to the Filmmakers Portal.

Filmmakers submit the film itself and a short description.

Our team filters submissions to ensure they meet quality standards.

This process typically takes up to 3 business days.

Step 2: Asset Submission

If the initial submission is approved, filmmakers upload all necessary assets.

Assets not meeting requirements will be rejected, requiring filmmakers to resubmit corrected versions. Email notifications will inform you of updates to your film submissions, which can be viewed in the filmmaker portal. Upon rejection, only the "view" option will be available via the three-dot menu.

When you select "View" for a rejected film, the only action available is to "Close." Please note that rejected films are permanently recorded in your approval history and cannot be removed. Before submitting a corrected version using "Submit New Film," carefully read the feedback provided on the right side to understand the reason for rejection and avoid future issues.

This process typically takes 3-5 business days per round of approval.

This message indicates that your initial stage is finished. Your submission has been received, and you are now waiting for the next step.

Your submission is now under review, and you will receive an update soon.

You can now upload your film and enter all the relevant details.

Upon approval of all assets, the film will be scheduled for release and will go live on Reveel.
