At this time, Reveel does not have the feature of Chromecast built yet in the app.
But if your Android has the Smart View option and your Smart TV supports wireless mirroring, that should allow you to stream movies from your Android to a Smart TV.
It should also work the same with the iOS Screen Mirroring option in streaming movies from your iOS to your Smart TV as long as the TV supports wireless mirroring.
