I am having trouble downloading the app

If you are having trouble downloading the app, please be sure that your device meets the system requirements.


  1. Open Settings
  2. Near the bottom, tap About Device > Software Info > Android version.
  3. Find your "Android version," "Android security update," and "Build number."


  1. Press the Menu button multiple times until the main menu appears.
  2. Scroll to and select Settings > General > About.
  3. The software version of your device should appear on this screen.

This helps you identify if your device can download and install the Reveel app.
