Use another browser to isolate loading issue

Are you having problems loading a film?

If your internet connection is fast enough and you are having some issues watching through Reveel whether you are using an Android, Apple, or a browser on your computer, you can use another browser to see if it is an isolated issue, internet connection or you simply need to restart your device. 

In most cases where there is a loading problem, we also need a background refresh so we need to kill all apps running in the background and restart your device or your browser.

After restarting your device or your browser, using a different browser on your computer and the loading improved, then you already have found the culprit.
