If you are experiencing no video but there is audio on your device while streaming through Reveel, you must do the following:
- Check your internet connection
- Restart your app or your device
- Update your software or the version of your app
- If you are experiencing the same, switch to different wifi.
- You can also delete and reinstall the Reveel app.
- Restart your device and then try to play some films again.
- It should fix it if it is not a device issue.
