Audio is playing but no video on my device

If you are experiencing no video but there is audio on your device while streaming through Reveel, you must do the following:


  1. Check your internet connection
  2. Restart your app or your device
  3. Update your software or the version of your app
  4. If you are experiencing the same, switch to a different wifi.
  5. You can also delete and reinstall the Reveel app.
  6. Restart your device and then try to play some films again.
  7. It should fix it if it is not a device issue.
