- Reinstall the Reveel app: Uninstall the app from your Roku device and then reinstall it from the Roku Channel Store. This can sometimes fix issues with app functionality.
- Check for app updates: Make sure the Reveel app is up to date on your Roku device. You can check for updates in the Roku Channel Store.
- Verify your Roku account: Confirm that you're signed in to the correct Roku account with an active Reveel subscription. It would greatly help if you can also send us a short video so we can see what happens.
