Restart your home network

If you are having some network issues, it is advised to refresh your network by doing the following steps below. This helps you obtain a fresh background and fresh network connection.

  1. Please turn off your device.

  2. Unplug your modem and router from power.

  3. You can wait 30 seconds.

  4. Plugin your modem.

  5. Wait at least 1 minute.

  6. Plug back in your router.

  7. Wait another 1 minute.

  8. Try Reveel again.

Some modems and routers might take longer to reconnect.
